These SMS Terms and Conditions explain Beachy Keen Cleaning Operational Alerts. This is an operational program only. It is not a marketing program and it is not used to advertise services.

Beachy Keen Cleaning Operational Alerts
What the program sends
The program sends check-in and check-out notifications for scheduled cleanings. One text may be sent when a cleaner checks in. One text may be sent when a cleaner checks out. Messages do not include door codes, alarm codes, key locations, payment details, or other property-access information.
Who receives messages
Messages are sent only to a manager who affirmatively opts in by checking the consent box and saving a mobile number in the Beachy Keen Cleaning contractor portal. Saving a phone number without checking the consent box does not turn alerts on.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. It is normally about two messages per cleaning.
Rates
Message and data rates may apply.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to opt out of future messages. You can also turn alerts off in the contractor portal if you have a management account.
How to opt back in
Reply START or UNSTOP to opt back in where your carrier supports it. You may also complete the portal consent form again. A new opt-in is required before alerts resume after you opt out.

Consent is optional
Consent is not a condition of purchasing services.
Delivery
Delivery is subject to carrier and network availability. Supported carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information, including mobile numbers used for this program.
Mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates except with service providers that help deliver the requested messaging service, or when required by law.
Updates
Beachy Keen Cleaning may update these terms. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date on this page.
